We aim to provide a fast and efficient service for policyholder’s by having superb availability to attend their property and investigate the reported drainage or water main problem.
A CCTV inspection is carried out to identify any damage to the undergrounds drains. This survey is done via accessible manholes at the property or entry is gained via the above ground pipework. The CCTV survey is carried out with minimal disruption to ensure the claim is dealt with efficiently and effectively.
The report is then advised to the insurers and as soon as a claim is authorised we will schedule the repairs in with policyholder to commence within 3 working days or to their convenience. Most repairs are completed within 1 to 2 days.
Policyholder’s are kept updated throughout their claim with the next steps to ensure they are at ease and informed during the claim process.
The water supply is traced underground and the leak located using various sound equipment. Once the leak had been pinpointed a patch repair would be carried out to repair the leaking section.
The supply is then re-tested to ensure the water supply is secure.
All the excavations that are carried out for both Drainage and Water works are backfilled and reinstated as found.
